Yes these are the FREE versions, but they are better than most paid tools.  And while we love and use SEO Elite; we realize everyone doesn't have the budget nor the need to run a multi-site marketing empire. SEO Elite is a great tool for automating and managing campaigns in an all-in-one format.  These tools are more of a piecemeal approach.  Both can be effective as long as you learn to use them correctly.
